VGR Limited Warranty Policy

This Limited Warranty Policy (“Warranty”) governs all warranty services provided for VGR branded personal care appliances sold within India. By purchasing and using a VGR product, the purchaser agrees to the terms set forth herein.

1. Limited Warranty Coverage

1.1 Warranty Period

VGR warrants that the product shall be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship under normal domestic use for a period of Two (2) Years from the original date of purchase.

1.2 Eligibility Conditions

  • Valid only for products purchased in India.
  • Original tax invoice/proof of purchase is mandatory.
  • Applicable only for purchases from authorized sellers.

1.3 Exclusive Remedy

In the event of a verified defect during the Warranty Period, VGR shall, at its sole discretion:

  • Repair the defective product; or
  • Replace the product with a new or refurbished unit of equivalent performance.

No monetary refund shall be provided unless expressly approved by VGR.

2. Exclusions

  • Misuse, abuse, accident, negligence, or mishandling.
  • Unauthorized repair, alteration, or tampering.
  • Improper maintenance or installation.
  • Voltage fluctuation, moisture, liquid ingress, fire, or natural calamities.
  • Normal wear & tear, cosmetic damage.
  • Consumables such as blades, attachments, trimming heads, accessories.
  • Products from unauthorized sellers.
  • Commercial or industrial use unless approved.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under law, VGR’s total liability shall not exceed the original purchase price. Under no circumstances shall VGR be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of revenue, goodwill, or data.

4. Warranty Claim Process

Step 1: Register complaint via WhatsApp at +91 9667796740.

Step 2: Provide:

  • Name & Contact Number
  • Order ID & Purchase Source
  • Invoice Copy
  • Complete Address with Pincode
  • Description of Defect

Step 3: Claim reviewed within 24–48 working hours.

Step 4: Approved cases will receive pickup, repair, QC, and dispatch within operational timelines.

5. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

This Warranty shall be governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in New Delhi, India. The purchaser waives any objection to jurisdiction outside New Delhi.

6. Policy Amendments
