We deliver all orders through our trusted logistics aggregator Shiprocket, which partners with leading courier services across India to ensure fast and safe delivery.

2. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver to most PIN codes across India. You can check service availability by entering your PIN code at checkout.

3. Dispatch Time

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of order confirmation.
Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

4. Delivery Timeline

Normal delivery takes 2 to 4 business days, depending on your location and courier partner.
Remote or out-of-service areas may take longer.

5. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: Shipping is free for all prepaid orders across India.
COD Orders: Cash on Delivery (COD) is available after call verification and may carry a small convenience charge (displayed at checkout).

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS/WhatsApp, which you can use to track your order status in real-time.

7. Delayed Delivery

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occur due to:
