1. Return & Exchange Policy

We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and invoice.

  • Product must not show any signs of physical damage or tampering.

  • Return request must be raised within 7 days of delivery through our customer support team via WhatsApp, email, or toll-free number.

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet the above conditions.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Used or damaged products

  • Products without original packaging or invoice

  • Personal care items if used/opened (for hygiene reasons)

  • Products with physical damage not reported at the time of delivery


3. Refund Policy

Refunds are only processed under the following conditions:

  • If the returned product is approved after quality check

  • If the ordered product is out of stock and cannot be delivered

  • If cancellation is made before dispatch

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days from the date of approval and will be credited to the original method of payment.

Note: No cash refunds. All refunds are done via the same payment gateway/method used during purchase.


4. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under the return process instead.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer care team immediately.


5. Return Shipping

For products under return or replacement, we will arrange a free pickup through our shipping partner Shiprocket, if eligible under our warranty and return conditions.


6. Product Under Warranty

All VGR products come with a 2-year brand warranty (excluding physical damage or wear and tear).
If your product is under warranty and has a genuine issue, we offer free pickup and drop for service or replacement.

8. Jurisdiction

All return, refund, and exchange-related disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in New Delhi, India only.
